Design
Now let’s talk about the design of the phone. Friends, the design of the phone is somewhat similar to last year’s Note 2 Turbo. However, this time, the camera module features decorative patterns that give the phone a unique look.
The back of the phone is made of plastic, but it has a frosted process that mimics the feel of glass, providing a relatively comfortable touch. At this price point, the phone cannot demand high-end materials.
It’s lightweight, weighing only 179 grams, and has a thickness of just 7.8 mm. looking at the front; you’ll notice a high screen-to-body ratio with very slim bezels.
Display
The phone features a 6.67-inch display with an in-display fingerprint sensor for unlocking. It also comes with regular features like a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1920Hz touch sampling rate. Additionally, it includes a low brightness flicker-free feature.
Performance
Now let’s talk about the phone’s main feature. Since this is a performance-oriented phone, let’s start by looking at its performance, starting with gaming tests. The phone is equipped with a 8s gen3 processor, capable of playing games like King of Glory 120 at extreme quality. After playing, the average frame rate reaches up to 119.5 fps, almost reaching full frame rate.
However, you may notice some frame drops, but overall, the gaming experience is good. Average power consumption is also satisfactory, with temperature control reaching a maximum of 42.8°C. Now let’s test heavy games, like Jensen Impact.
After playing at 60fps high settings, the average frame rate drops to 58.6 fps, indicating some frame drop issues. But overall, the experience is still good, with average power consumption remaining consistent, and the maximum temperature of the back reaching 45.3°C.
Additionally, in the Jan Impact 1.5 resolution mode, you can still play, and while picture quality may be good in high resolution, you may notice a slight drop in frame rate. After playing for 20 minutes at 60fps in 1.5k resolution, the average frame rate drops to 49.8 fps, showing a slight decrease compared to regular resolution.
However, there is still consistent power consumption. Overall, there’s a significant improvement in picture quality during gaming.
AI Features
Speaking of AI features, the phone comes with an AI expansion feature, supported only by the processors in the 8 series. While it’s a small feature, it’s quite interesting. For instance, if you’ve captured a portrait photo and you want to expand it to landscape, you can easily do so with the help of AI. Here you can see a simple photo of AI expansion. The photos turn out quite well.
There are several other AI features as well, such as Smart Rotating Screen and Air Gesture. Here, even after waking up, the screen doesn’t auto-rotate because you’re reading content. But if you rotate the phone while keeping it straight, the screen rotates easily.
This is also an AI capability. Additionally, there’s an Always On Display feature with AI. For example, if you keep the phone idle, the Always On Display automatically turns off.
When you move the phone, it turns on again. And if someone is in front of the screen, the Always On Display also turns on.
Battery
Friends, this phone comes with a 5000mAh battery that easily lasts 1-2 days. Additionally, you get a 90W charger with this phone, which charges the battery to 35% in just 10 minutes, 75% in 30 minutes, and 100% in just 45 minutes.

Friends, if we talk about the price of this phone, the base variant starts at 1999 Chinese Yuan in China, which roughly converts to around 23,000 Indian Rupees.
